Terms

Payments and AI use

Last updated October 21, 2026. These terms cover paying for LMSystems.ai.

• Plans

The Free plan costs nothing. The Teacher plan is paid each month or each year, and it renews until you cancel. Prices are on the pricing page, and tax is added where it applies. Students never pay.

• Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Plan & usage in the app. You keep the Teacher plan until the end of the time you paid for, then move to the Free plan. You keep everything you made.

• Monthly AI allowance

Each plan includes an amount of AI grading each month, shown on the pricing page. It starts again on the 1st of each month (UTC). What you do not use does not carry over to the next month.

• No refunds for unused AI use

We do not refund a payment, or any part of one, for AI grading or AI credits you did not use. This covers the allowance a plan includes each month and any extra credits you buy.

• Changes and contact

If these terms change, we will update this page and its date. Questions: sean@lmsystems.ai.
