About us

Real questions deserve real answers.

I'm Sean Sullivan. I graduated from the University of Florida two years ago, right as school moved online and students started learning on their own with AI. I built LMSystems to fix what I saw up close.

  • Multiple choice should go.

Real life never hands you four options and a 25% chance. You think for yourself, explain yourself, and there is often more than one right answer.

  • Cheating is a real problem.

Picking a letter is easy to copy. Explaining an idea in your own words is not.

  • AI can grade meaning.

Multiple choice exists because old software could only check exact matches. AI can read what a student means, not just how they spell it.

So every LMSystems question is a short answer, the way the real world asks. We think education software can do far more for teachers and students, and we're using LMSystems to push and test those limits.
